QPS-US LC/MS/MS
bioanalysis services are supported by 33 tandem mass spectrometers,
including 25 Sciex API-4000’s. The
QPS large molecule quantitation team offers ELISA and hybridization-ELISA
for quantitative analysis of protein drugs, oligonucleotide-based
drugs, immunogenicity testing, and cell-based assays.
QPS’ IND-enabling
ADME (Adsorption, Distribution, Metabolism, and Excretion)
package includes pharmacokinetics, protein binding,
tissue distribution by Quantitation Whole-Body Autoradiography
(QWBA) and microautoradiography, CYP450 and mass balance/excretion
studies. We offer a full range of drug metabolism capabilities
including metabolic stability, inhibition, and ex vivo induction,
reaction phenotyping, and metabolite profiling and identification.
QPS-US also provides rodent pharmacokinetics, protein binding,
metabolic stability, and, in vitro CYP450 inhibition as part
of our discovery screen.
QPS-US biomarker team offers both full GLP compliant and CLIA
type ELISA approaches to protein and biochemical marker analysis.
Our molecular biology/genomic services include RNA/DNA isolation,
SNP genotyping and genetic mutation analysis, quantitative
RT-PCR, RNA expression analysis and microarray gene expression
profiling.
QPS’ early
phase clinical facility, Bio-Kinetic Clinical Application,
located in Springfield, MO, has over 240 beds
and in the past 12 years has completed over 400 clinical trials
involving nearly 11,000 study volunteers.
QPS-US Bioanalysis, DMPK, Biomarker and AAALAC-accredited
animal facilities are located in Newark, DE.
